WAIVER 10391-DW DUE TO PUBLIC ORDER SITUATION IN GUATEMALA
Customers with confirmed bookings from October 7 to 14, 2023 to or from Guatemala who are affected for travel due to the political situation that is occurring in GUATEMALA will have the flexibility to make changes up to 30 days after their scheduled trip, with no change fee or fare difference, subject to availability.
Conditions for application of the waiver
- Fly 8 days before or 30 days after the date of the original flight affected.
- There is no charge for itinerary change.
- There is no charge for itinerary change.
- Fare difference charges do not apply.
- For reimbursement, apply in accordance with the procedure described here.
- The change applies to the same route or common points and the same cabin, according to availability.
- The process for Amadeus agencies must be carried out as a voluntary change management, as it is parameterized by DW.
- Non-Amadeus agencies should follow the instructions in the self-service change management process for travel agencies.
- Applies to group bookings with deposit, without tickets issued
- Applies to group reservations with tickets issued.
