Learn about the new changes that will be introduced for the affected routes in the transportation and transfer of baggage. Customers are now allowed the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th piece, while the 6th piece onwards, as well as oversized and overweight pieces will remain restricted:
Conditions:
- A maximum of 5 pieces per customer is allowed
- Each piece must not weigh more than 23 kg (50 lb).
- From the third piece onwards, are considered standby pieces.
- During the high season, the maximum allowed is still 3 pieces.
- Oversized pieces are not accepted.
- 3rd through 5th piece sales is allowed in CCE/CTO/REX and ATO.
¡Important!
- During the high season, the permitted limit on these routes remains 3 pieces. As of February 12, the additional pieces on the GYEJFKGYE route (from the 3rd to the 5th piece) must be charged via ARD WEB, and as of February 13 they will be available at Shopping Basket.
