Travel agency users on avianca trade

To carry out the user assignment on avianca trade, it is necessary to first assign the Legal Representative and Administrative or Commercial Director, who will be responsible for managing access to this portal. To make this update, you must fill out one of the following forms according to your location:

• Form for Europe and North America
• Form for Colombia, Central America and Suramérica

Since the creation in the agency incorporation portal (PIA), the email of the legal representative and/or Administrative or Commercial Director is automatically assigned, which cannot be modified later (conditions apply). This role will have the administration module enabled for the creation, activation, or deactivation of users, where they can carry out the assignment of users both in avianca trade and in GSO.

All users, once created by the Legal Representative and/or Administrative or Commercial Director, will receive instructions in their email to create their accounts and access the avianca trade portal.

You can reset your password on avianca trade through the Login tab by selecting the "Forgot my password" option. You will receive a verification code in your email that, when entered, will allow you to reset your password. This same username and password will allow you to access both portals: GSO and avianca trade.
