Waiver 10391
Customers with sales through January 22, 2025 and confirmed reservations between January 20 and 22, 2025 on flights to or from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) will have the flexibility to re-accommodate to fly 8 days earlier or up to 30 days later than their original itinerary.
Likewise, the customer may move, with the same conditions of the affected route, their return, even if it is not affected, as long as they are on the same ticket or are on different tickets, but are Avianca's domain.
Conditions for the waiver application:.
- Fly 8 days before or 30 days after the original affected flight date.
- No itinerary change penalty fee applies.
- No charge for fare difference.
- Does not apply for rerouting.
- Does not apply for cabin change.
- The change applies to the same route or common points and same cabin, subject to availability.
- The process for Amadeus agencies must be done as a voluntary change management as it is parameterized by DW.
- Non-Amadeus agencies must follow the instructions of the self-management change process for travel agencies.
- Applies to group bookings with deposit, without ticketing.
- Applies to group bookings with tickets issued.
- Whenever the passenger opts for a rerouting, the passenger must travel to or from their new destination at their own expense.
