We inform you that as of February 20, 2025, Flight Advanced product was enabled for passengers traveling at basic fare, allowing them to advance their flight on the same day of travel, applying the corresponding penalty.
What is important to keep in mind?
- The flight advance may be requested only at the Airport, on the same day of travel, up to eight (8) hours in advance, provided that the flight to which the passenger wishes to move has availability and upon payment of the corresponding penalty.
- If the request is made more than (8) hours in advance, passengers must manage the change through avianca.com in the “My Trips/Manage your travel” section.
