As part of our commitment to improving our customers’ experience, we’d like to inform you that, as of May 15th, 2025, a system update now prevents names from being truncated or shortened in bookings for adults traveling with an infant.
With this update, if the combined names are longer than 59 characters, the system will not allow the booking and will display the following message: INVALID NAME LENGTH: ITEM TOO LONG / NOT ENTERED /
If this message appears, it is recommended to use only the first name and first surname of each passenger when making the booking.
