Waiver 10391YYZ-YUL
Avianca informs passengers with confirmed reservations from January 24 to 26, 2026, on flights to and from YYZ and YUL that are affected by travel disruptions due to weather conditions (storm in Canada), that flexibility has been enabled to change their itinerary without penalty fees or fare differences. Travel may take place up to 30 days after operations resume, subject to availability.
Likewise, the customer may change the return segment under the same conditions as the affected segment, even if the return flight itself is not affected, as long as it is on the same ticket or on separate tickets, provided that both are issued by Avianca.
Conditions for applying the waiver:
Travel is permitted up to 8 days before or up to 30 days after the original affected flight date.
No fare difference will be charged.
Route changes are not permitted.
Changes apply to the same route or common points and the same cabin, subject to availability.
For Amadeus agencies, the process must be handled as a voluntary change, as it is parameterized by DW.
Non-Amadeus agencies must follow the self-service change process instructions for travel agencies.
Applies to group reservations with deposits and without issued tickets.
Applies to group reservations with issued tickets.
If the passenger chooses a route change, the passenger must bear the cost of transportation to or from the new destination at their own expense.
