Waiver Notification – Same-Day Itinerary Change – DW 251107CIPS
A waiver is activated to provide flexibility for passengers traveling from February 9 to 11, 2026 on international flights with origin or destination in Colombia. This also includes domestic flights that are part of an itinerary with an international connection, due to news related to Migración Colombia.
Conditions for waiver application:
• Changes to the itinerary are permitted only for affected customers with travel dates from February 9 to 11, 2026 on international flights with origin or destination in Colombia. This also includes domestic flights that are part of an itinerary with an international connection.
• Flight date changes are allowed up to 15 days after the original flight date.
• Route changes are not permitted.
• No change fee applies.
• No fare difference will be charged.
• For refunds, the established procedure applies.
• Applies to all fare types.
• Changes must be made in the same cabin.
• The waiver does not apply to cabin changes.
• If the traveler has checked baggage, it must be ensured that it has been handled internally.
• No compensation applies for customers who experience missed connections.
• Changes are subject to the availability of flights open for sale and published.
• The waiver applies to reserved and confirmed group bookings, provided they have an AVG plate.
• Applies to group bookings with a deposit, without ticket issuance.
• Applies to group bookings with tickets issued.
