Avianca informs passengers of flexibility to make changes to their flights for tickets issued on or before February 18, 2026, with confirmed bookings between February 18 and 19, 2026, on flights to or from Ezeiza–Aeroparque or Córdoba due to the General Strike in Argentina.
Conditions for the application of the waiver:
The waiver applies to all passengers with tickets issued on or before February 18, 2026, and confirmed reservations between February 18 and 19, 2026, on flights to or from Ezeiza–Aeroparque or Córdoba, with rebooking flexibility up to 15 days after their original itinerary. Likewise, the customer may change the return flight under the same conditions as the affected segment, even if it is not affected, provided it is on the same ticket or on separate tickets that are both issued by Avianca.
Travel may be rescheduled up to 15 days after the original affected flight date.
No change penalty applies.
No fare difference applies.
Route changes are not permitted.
Cabin changes are not permitted.
The change must be made on the same route or common points and in the same cabin, subject to availability.
For Amadeus agencies, the process must be handled as a voluntary change, as it is parameterized under DW.
Non-Amadeus agencies must follow the self-service change process instructions for travel agencies.
