- MGA–SAL and BOG–VVI: embargo during high‑demand dates (Holy Week), detailed below:

Conditions:
A maximum of five checked‑baggage pieces per passenger will be allowed: the first, second, and from the third to the fifth piece (the last three subject to space availability —SBY—) during the low season.
- Low season: up to 5 pieces (SBY starting from the 3rd piece)
- High season: maximum of 2 pieces of 23 kg.

- The additional checked‑baggage benefit for Star Alliance members applies only to Star Alliance Gold members when purchasing and traveling with Avianca. (Maximum of up to 5 pieces, as applicable.)
