Notice: Airport Restrictions Waiver – DW 260801PPN
Avianca offers travel flexibility for passengers with confirmed bookings from August 1 to August 2, 2026, on flights to or from Popayán, due to airport restrictions at Guillermo León Valencia Airport (NOTAM PPN).
Waiver Conditions:
- Applies to all channels.
- For Contact Center: In accordance with the PASSENGER EXONERATIONS FOR IRREGULARITIES PROCEDURE published on Docbox.
- For Agencies and Website:
a) Fly within 30 days following the original authorized flight date.
b) Change fee waived / No change fee applies.
c) Fare difference waived / No fare difference applies.
d) Cabin upgrade/change not allowed.
e) Change applies to the same route or co-terminals (sister cities).
f) Amadeus agencies must process this as a voluntary change, as it is automated via DW.
g) Non-Amadeus agencies must follow the self-service change procedure instructions for travel agencies.
h) Applies to group bookings with deposits and no tickets issued.
i) Applies to group bookings with tickets issued.
