Avianca offers travel flexibility for passengers with confirmed bookings between July 22 and July 28, 2026, on flights to or from Popayán, due to airport restrictions at Guillermo León Valencia Airport (NOTAM PPN).
Waiver Conditions:
Applies to all channels.
For Contact Center: In accordance with the PASSENGER EXONERATIONS FOR IRREGULARITIES PROCEDURE published on Docbox.

a) Fly within 30 days following the original affected flight date.
b) Change fee waived / No change fee applies.
c) Fare difference waived / No fare difference applies.
d) Cabin upgrade/change not allowed.
e) Change applies to the same route or co-terminals (sister cities).
f) Amadeus agencies must process this as a voluntary change, as it is automated via DW.
g) Non-Amadeus agencies must follow the self-service change procedure instructions for travel agencies.
h) Applies to group bookings with deposits and no tickets issued.
i) Applies to group bookings with tickets issued.
