Avianca hereby informs passengers holding confirmed reservations for flights to or from Popayán between July 22 and July 25, 2026, of flexible rebooking options due to airport restrictions at Popayán’s Guillermo León Valencia Airport (NOTAM PPN).

a) Travel within 15 days following the original affected flight date.
b) Change fee/penalty is waived.
c) Fare difference is waived.
d) Rerouting is not permitted.
e) Cabin upgrade/downgrade is not permitted.
f) Changes apply to the same route or co-terminals and in the same cabin, subject to availability.
