Waiver Application Conditions:
Applicability: Valid across all sales channels. Itinerary changes are strictly permitted for affected passengers traveling on July 26, 2026, on domestic Colombia routes (includes local and connecting passengers).
Date Changes: Permitted to change the flight date up to 15 days after the original flight date.
Rerouting: Permitted to change routes using a common point.
Change Fees: Waived (no change penalty applies).
Fare Difference: Waived (no collection of fare difference).
Refunds: Applies in accordance with the established procedure at https://www.avianca.com/es/mi-reserva/servicios/reembolsos/
Fares: Applies to all fare families.
Cabin Class: Changes must be booked in the same cabin.
Cabin Upgrades/Downgrades: Waiver does not apply for cabin changes.
Baggage: If the passenger has checked baggage, internal handling and tracking must be verified.
Compensation: Passengers experiencing missed connections are not eligible for compensation.
Availability: Rebooking is subject to flight availability open for sale in the GDS.
Group Bookings: Waiver applies to reserved and confirmed groups, provided they are issued on Avianca (AVG/134) stock.
Group Deposits: Applies to group bookings with a deposit paid, prior to ticket issuance.
Issued Group Tickets: Applies to group bookings with tickets already issued.
Ground Transportation: In the event of a reroute, the passenger must cover their own surface transportation to or from the new origin or destination at their own expense.
