Avianca informs flexibility for making flight changes to passengers with confirmed bookings between July 22 and 26, 2026, on flights to or from Popayán due to airport restrictions at Guillermo León Valencia Airport in Popayán (NOTAM PPN).
Waiver Application Conditions:
Applies to all channels.
For Contact Center: In accordance with the PASSENGER WAIVER PROCEDURE FOR IRREGULARITIES published in Docbox.

a) Fly up to 15 days after the original affected flight date.
b) No itinerary change penalty fee applies.
c) No fare difference charge applies.
d) Rerouting is not allowed.
e) Cabin change is not allowed.
f) Changes apply to the same route or common points and the same cabin, subject to availability.
