Avianca announces flexibility for flight changes to passengers with confirmed bookings from July 31, 2026, to August 3, 2026, on flights to or from Popayán due to airport restrictions at Guillermo León Valencia Airport in Popayán (NOTAM PPN).
Waiver application conditions:
Applies to all channels.
For Contact Center: In accordance with the "PASSENGER EXEMPTION PROCEDURE FOR IRREGULARITIES" published on Docbox.
For refunds: Applies in accordance with the established procedure: https://www.avianca.com/es/mi-reserva/servicios/reembolsos

For agencies and website:
a) Fly within 30 days after the original affected flight date.
b) No change penalty fee applies.
c) No fare difference applies.
d) Cabin upgrade/change is not permitted.
e) Changes apply to the same route or co-terminals (common points).
f) The process for Amadeus agencies must be performed as a voluntary change, as it is pre-configured by DW.
g) Non-Amadeus agencies must follow the instructions from the self-service change procedure for travel agencies.
h) Applies to group bookings with deposits, ticket unissued.
i) Applies to group bookings with tickets issued.
