Exemption and Flexibility Notification for Passengers to or from Popayán - DW 260803PPN
Avianca announces the activation of a flexible policy for flight changes as a preventive measure and to provide additional options to passengers traveling to or from Popayán holding confirmed bookings between August 4 and August 6, 2026.
Terms and conditions for waiver application:
Applies to all channels.
For Contact Center: In accordance with the "PASSENGER EXEMPTION PROCEDURE FOR IRREGULARITIES" published on Docbox.
For agencies and website:
a) Reaccommodation within the month of August.
b) No change penalty fee applies.
c) No fare difference applies.
d) Cabin upgrade/change is not permitted.
e) Changes apply to the same route or co-terminals (common points).
f) The process for Amadeus agencies must be performed as a voluntary change, as it is pre-configured by DW.
g) Non-Amadeus agencies must follow the instructions from the self-service change procedure for travel agencies.
h) Applies to group bookings with deposits, ticket unissued.
i) Applies to group bookings with tickets issued.
