Waiver Notification due to airport restrictions - DW 260816 PPN
Flexibility measures have been activated for passengers holding confirmed reservations from August 16 to August 23, 2026, on flights to or from Popayán, due to operational airport restrictions at Guillermo León Valencia Airport in Popayán (NOTAM PPN).
Conditions:
- Date Change: Passengers may reschedule before or after their original travel date, up to September 7, 2026, without penalty or fare difference, subject to availability.
- Route Change: Allowed via common points without penalty or fare difference. For PPN, PSO and CLO are designated as common points. In these cases, ground transportation to or from the alternate airport must be arranged and covered by the passenger.
- Refund: Full refund for unused flight segments.
Considerations:
Applies to local or connecting passengers.
Applies to all fare types.
Changes apply to the same cabin class as the original booking.
If the passenger has checked baggage, airport internal handling must be verified.
No compensation applies to customers who miss connecting flights.
Changes are subject to flight availability published for sale in the GDS.
The waiver applies to confirmed group bookings provided they carry the AVG plate/code.
Applies to group bookings with a deposit paid, even if tickets have not been issued.
Applies to all sales channels.
