Conditions:
- Date Change: Reaccommodation permitted until September 15, 2026.
- Route Change: Allowed via common point without penalty or fare difference. In these cases, the passenger must arrange and cover their own transportation to or from the new destination.
- Refund: Applies in accordance with the established procedure.
Considerations:
Valid for all fare types.
Changes apply within the same cabin class as the original flight.
If the passenger has checked baggage, it must be verified that it has been handled internally by the airport.
No compensation applies to customers experiencing missed connections.
Changes are subject to flight availability open for sale in the GDS.
The waiver applies to booked and confirmed groups provided they hold an AVG validation plate.
Applies to group bookings with a deposit paid, without issued tickets.
Applies to all tickets issued through any sales channel.
