Waiver Notification for VLN Cancellations 20260828VLN
Flexibility measures are activated for passengers affected by cancellations in Valencia (VLN) who were re-accommodated via Caracas (CCS) and need to modify their itinerary again.
Conditions:
- Date change: Passengers may rebook 8 days before or up to a maximum of 15 days after their original travel date with no penalty and no fare difference, subject to availability.
- Rerouting: Common point routing allowed with no penalty and no fare difference between Caracas (CCS) and Valencia (VLN). In these cases, the passenger must arrange and cover their own ground transportation to or from the new destination.
- Refund: Full refund for unused segments.
Considerations:
Applies to local or connecting passengers.
Applies to all fares.
Changes apply to the same cabin as the original flight.
If the passenger has checked baggage, airport internal handling must be verified and ensured.
No compensation applies to customers who miss connecting flights.
Changes are subject to the availability of flights open for sale published in the GDS.
The waiver applies to booked and confirmed groups as long as they are plated on AVG stock.
Applies to group bookings with a deposit, prior to ticket issuance.
Applies to all tickets issued through any sales channel.
