Flexibility policies have been activated for passengers holding confirmed reservations from September 8 to September 12, 2026, on flights to or from Popayán, due to airport restrictions at Guillermo León Valencia Airport in Popayán.
Conditions:
- Date change: Passengers may rebook before or after their original travel date, up to September 27, 2026, without penalty or fare difference, subject to availability.
- Route change: Available via common point without penalty or fare difference. For PPN, PSO and CLO are designated as common points. In these cases, passengers must arrange and cover their own ground transportation to or from the alternative destination.
- Refund: Full refund for unused segments.
Considerations:
Applies to local or connecting passengers.
Applies to all fare types.
Changes apply in the same cabin as the original booking.
Checked baggage must be verified as handled internally by airport operations.
No compensation applies to passengers experiencing missed connections.
Changes are subject to available inventory published for sale in the GDS.
The waiver applies to reserved and confirmed group bookings, provided they hold AVG plates/ticketing authority.
Applies to group bookings with deposits, without issued tickets.
Applies to all tickets issued through any sales channel.
