Flexibility measures are activated for passengers due to internal processes.
Passengers with confirmed tickets on Colombia Domestic routes with a travel date of September 5, 2026, from 12:30 to 23:59. Likewise, customers may change their return flight under the same conditions as the affected segment, even if it is not affected, provided it is under the same ticket or across different tickets that are both Avianca-validated.
Conditions:
- Date change: Does not apply.
- Rerouting: Via common point with no penalty or fare difference. In these cases, the passenger must cover their own transportation to or from the new destination.
- Refund: Applies according to the established procedure.
Considerations:
Applies to all fares.
Changes apply to the same cabin as the original flight.
If the traveler has checked baggage, it must be ensured that it has been handled internally by the airport.
Compensation does not apply to passengers who miss connections.
Changes are subject to the availability of flights open for sale published in the GDS.
The waiver applies to reserved and confirmed groups, provided they are plated under AVG.
Applies to group bookings with a deposit, prior to ticket issuance.
Applies to all tickets issued through any sales channel.
