Flexibility measures are activated for passengers due to DOMCO weather forecasts.
Applies to passengers with a confirmed AVAGIL ticket in DOMCO with a travel date of September 25, 2026, from 09:00 to 23:59. Likewise, customers may change their return flight under the same conditions as the impacted flight—even if the return is not directly affected—provided it is on the same ticket or on separate tickets that are both under Avianca’s domain.
Conditions:
Date change: Not applicable.
Rerouting: Via common point with no penalty or fare difference. In these cases, the passenger must assume their own ground/transfer transportation to or from the new destination.
Refund: Applies according to the established procedure.
Considerations:
Applies to all fare types.
Changes apply within the same cabin as the original flight.
If the passenger has checked baggage, internal airport handling must be verified.
No compensation applies to customers who miss connections.
Changes are subject to flight availability open for sale in the GDS.
The waiver applies to booked and confirmed groups provided they are ticketed on AVG plate (054).
Applies to group bookings with a deposit, prior to ticket issuance.
Applies to all tickets issued through any sales channel.
