Flexibility measures are activated for passengers due to weather forecasts in DOMCO (Colombia Domestic).
Applies to: Passengers with confirmed AVAGIL tickets on DOMCO routes with travel date October 10, 2026, between 09:00 and 23:59.
Likewise, the customer may modify their return flight under the same conditions as the impacted flight—even if the return is not directly affected—provided it is issued under the same ticket, or on separate tickets where both are under Avianca ownership/stock.
Conditions:
Date change: Not applicable
Rerouting: Via common point with no penalty or fare difference. In these cases, passengers must arrange their own ground/alternative transportation to or from the new destination.
Refund: Applies according to the established procedure.
Considerations:
Applies to all fares.
Changes apply within the same cabin as the original ticketed flight.
If the passenger has checked baggage, airport internal handling must be verified and ensured.
Compensation does not apply to passengers with missed connections.
Changes are subject to seat availability on flights open for sale in the GDS.
Waiver applies to booked and confirmed group reservations, provided they are issued on AVG plate/stock.
Applies to group bookings with deposit, without ticket issuance.
Applies to all tickets issued through any sales channel.
