Waiver notification - CCS
Avianca informs passengers with confirmed reservations for November 22 and 23, 2025, on flights to or from Caracas (CCS) who are affected by travel due to operational adjustments caused by external factors, that flexibility to change their itinerary without penalty or fare difference is available to travel up to 360 days after operations resume, subject to availability.
Likewise, the customer may change the return flight under the same conditions as the affected flight, even if it is not affected, provided that it is on the same ticket or on different tickets, but both are issued by Avianca.
Conditions for the application of the waiver:
- Fly 8 days before or 360 days after the date of the original affected flight.
- No penalty fee applies for itinerary changes.
- No fare difference fee applies.
- No route changes apply.
- The change applies to the same route or common points and the same cabin, subject to availability.
- The process for Amadeus agencies must be carried out as a voluntary change, as it is parameterized by DW.
- Non-Amadeus agencies must follow the instructions in the self-management process for travel agencies.
- Applies to group reservations with a deposit, without tickets issued.
- Applies to group reservations with tickets issued.
- Whenever the passenger opts for a change of route, the passenger must arrange their own transportation to or from their new destination.
