Flexibility measures are activated for passengers traveling from August 12 to August 16, 2026, on domestic or international flights departing from or arriving at PEI, CLO, AXM, UIB as a result of the earthquake in Colombia.
Waiver Application Conditions:
Applies to change the flight date up to 15 days after the original flight date.
Rerouting via a common point applies. Additionally, for PEI, AXM, and UIB, CLO, BOG, and MDE are established as common points.
Change fee penalty does not apply.
Fare difference does not apply.
100% refund applies for unused segments.
Applies to all fares.
The change applies in the same cabin class.
The waiver does not apply to cabin upgrades/downgrades.
If the passenger has checked baggage, internal handling must be ensured.
Compensation does not apply to passengers with missed connections.
Changes are subject to the availability of flights published for sale in the GDS.
The waiver applies to reserved and confirmed group bookings as long as they are ticketed under AVG validation.
Applies to group bookings with a deposit and without issued tickets.
Applies to group bookings with issued tickets.
Applies to all sales channels; itinerary changes are only allowed for domestic or international flights departing from or arriving at PEI, CLO, AXM, UIB between August 12 and August 16, for both local and connecting passengers.
Whenever the passenger chooses a reroute, the passenger must arrange and pay for their own transportation to or from their new destination.
